A nightmare in Dubai Airport made by Emirates Airlines

My wife, my two young children and I took the flight from Orlando, FL,USA transferring in Dubai to Johannesburg. We have finished check- in including our luggage in Orlando airport. We arrived in DUbai around 12:30pm, we were waiting in Gate B24 for boarding the flight EK765 at 1:45pm in Dubai on 14th of July, 2016. That flight was delayed to 4pm. When the flight started calling boarding, we were in the very front of the queue. We passed the first checking our passport and boarding pass. When we reached the final check counter before the boarding gate, a man checked our children's birth certificates and passport. He took us to a lady who seems like a supervisor, whose name is Rosalbe (working ID:380316, origin from Philippines ). She started using the computer, and made calls. We were waiting there for almost one hour, when all people finished boarding, she told us my wife's visa does not allowed her to board the flight. At last she said I can not go also because my wife has to go together with me by holding accompany visa with me. I explained to her but she did not listen to me, and her attitude is very bad. She called the South African border control officer named Madeline, the officer answered her my wife is permitted to travel to South Africa. However, Rosalbe insisted that my wife must hold a return ticket which is not required by South African immigration law. She abused her authority to stop us boarding the flight EK765 which we have already checked-in. Our two children are only six and eight who just finished 14 hours flight. We were very tired. Finally Rosalbe said the flight will go without taking us. We were very upset and angry. She brought us to the Emirates reception and left. A lady sitting in the reception kept asking us show her return ticket of my wife. We had to buy a ticket from Johannesburg to Beijing. After that, no body from Emirates took care of us, no food, no drinks, no place to rest, no cloths( our all clothes are put in our luggage and sent out of the custom in Dubai Airport. We kept waiting in the reception and asking to put us on the waiting list for the next flight, they kept telling us no seats available. We missed the flight EK767(depart at 11:20pm), EK761(depart at 4:40am). Around 6am in the next morning, I asked the reception to help me, luckily I talked to a supervisor named James from Kenya. He told me this is completely a mistake made by Rosalbe, and he gave me some voucher for food. At 7am, the duty manager of Emirates named Rian or Ryan seems told us they are willing to put us on the top priority on the waiting list, they would like us to have a rest in the business lounge. We did not go to the business Lounge becasue we just want to take the next flight back to Johannesburg ASAP. As we kept asking thme, they brought us to the gate B10 to wait for the EK763(depart at 10:15am) boarding, finally we were told there are no seats for us. And they told us for the next whole week, there is no availble seats for us. We have to stay in Dubai Airport for the next whole week. We were exhausted and desperate, we stayed in the gate and cried for help. My mouth started bleeding. There were many people from Emirates coming to the gate 10. There were few security guys pulled me on the floor for few meters, and pushed me lying down on the floor and did not let me up and said they would arrest me. The duty manager said even if there are available seats, he will not give to us because he is unhappy for us, and he is in charge of, it is up to his willing to let us go or not! We were really angry and refused to talk to him. This experience for us is a nightmare. We were treated terribly unfair. We do not have any fault by suffering in the airport for over 24 hours without anything we need. So far, I issued official comlainte in the Emirates Airlines website, they rep**** me I need to wait for 30 days to get their investigation result. Can they treat client like that, they are not Airline company, they are gansters, they ignore the basic human rights. If they think my wife's visa can not go to Johannesburg, why don't they stop us in Orlando in USA. They gave us the check-in, boarding pass which should not stop us in Dubai. They got confirmed to allow us boarding the flight EK765 by calling the immigration officer in South Africa named Madeline, why they insisted stoping us boarding the flight? What have these people done? They only care about their money, and the important reason we kept waiting in Dubai because they oversell their available seats. The Emirates Airlines is only care about their profits and ignore the basic human rights including the basic rights for women and children! Emirates Airlines deprived our basic human right which is freedom and forced us staying in the airport! I appeal all the people to stop taking Emirates Airlines and not go to Dubai!
