5 Star airline becomes 1 Star

This use to be my favourite airline but has easily become my worst. Arrogant & rude staff on the ground and in the air. They even run out of food and water on the plane but we know why: the cabin crew are busy stuffing their faces in the with the food. On my recent flight from NY, I was sitting next to the "kitchen". For the entire trip, I was only listening to the cabin crew bad mouth the passengers and swearing them behind their backs, if any of them asked for anything. It was about a 12hr flight with only 1 meal and people were in agony. I am glad to see Emirates getting some competition.
