2nd trip with a damaged seat

Traveling, it's not the most comfortable experience in general, but when you pay such a large sum of money for an economy class ticket, the least u could expect is comfort.

I have just travelled from Dubai to Johannesburg this last Thursday the 02 May 2019.

The seat that my wife and I were assigned to on online checking (35H & 35J) seemed great until we sat down and realised our seats do not remain in the reclined position, it was by far the worst flight I've had as I was not able to catch some sleep or even position myself comfortably the entire flight.

This is now the 2nd flight with Emirates that this has occured as it happened in 2017 on our trip back from Thailand from our honeymoon.

Not sure if this review will reach the relevant people but all I ask is for a traveler's basic needs to be catered for, I don't think a seat that remains reclined is a lot to ask for.
