Theft from Hotel Room

I checked out from the room at the Emirates Grand Hotel Apartments. The man (Pakaar) came in to clean the room as we left the room. Within 2 hours of checking out, I remembered that I left my Hard Drive plugged in the TV at the room. I moved to another Hotel. I went straight back to the hotel to get my hard drive. After a number of calls from the front desk to the concierge, I went up to the room. The hard drive was not there. I was told that the room was cleaned and no one else checked in. The lady at the front desk, Karima, showed no urgency to help and had a \don't care"attitude towards my plight. Everyone I spoke to at the Hotel said there's nothing that they can do... They gave my friends a very hard time when coming to see me. They made them wait in the lobby while **********s were freely available to move around the Hotel. I would never go back to that Hotel nor recommend anyone to visit that hotel. It was a real disappointment. The Hard Drive was an expensive item. """
