POTENTIAL ****

I enrolled for a course ran by Eminent Conferencing and paid R8999 for the course on the 14th of May. I was then notified that the course was postponed from the 25-26 June to 30-31 July. I had to pay some fees to change the flight, never mind the time spent to change the flight and hotel bookings. I was then told by Kevin in the administration department that the course was cancelled on the 21st of July and I will receive the refund within 30 days. I basically wasted R1372 on the hotel booking and R2393.04 on the flight I booked. Until today I have not received the refund.<br> <br> I have called the company in concern several times and they still have not paid me back and I have started to suspect that this could be a **** and hence I would like to lodge a complaint against this company.<br>
