For the past year (at least) we have been asking, on the phone and in writing, on email, to stop receiving emails from this company and they *refuse* to stop contacting us. Isaac promised to get his IT department to remove us from they list months ago. They just continue to email.

They advertised a 2-day course on SANS 10400 & Migration to SANS 53501-1. The cost to attend virtually was R8 499.99, which I paid in full. The course started late, due to technical issues which they had not bothered to sort out before the start. The entire morning of the first day was just about fire regulations. They started late after lunch and then continued with fire regulations, and I left and immediately sent an email to complain. I sent emails afterwards, asking for a response, because I only received read receipts, and more than 24 hours later, received an email stating that on day 2, all the SANS codes would be covered. First of all, the SANS codes Parts A - XA, can not be covered in one day; all other courses are 3 days. Secondly, I confirmed with an attendee that they only covered fire and Part T, which is the fire section, on day 2. I requested a refund, and after numerous emails over 3 days, received an answer that they would partly refund me. They further stated that it is accredited for 2 CPD points, but have refused to state who accredited it. I have contacted QCTO and various other bodies, but no one has accredited this course. They are not truthful and not professional at all. They advertise one thing and then present another. Mike Lacey-Smith was the presenter. Since they sent the advertising doc and I inquired, they have been slow to respond, and their answers have been very iffy. I should have paid attention to the red flags and not signed up for the course. Do not ever do business with them.
