Down with ******** and unfair rules at Emily Hobhouse Old Age home!!

My aunt is a resident at Emily Hobhouse Old Age Home situated in Capital Park in Pretoria. Ever since the covid pandemic started, visits to the elderly people has been restricted. I can understand that but since the covid rules and regulations has been relaxed still no personal visits to residents in their room are allowed.

Visits is only allowed outside the buildings on the premises under the trees. It is winter how do the management expect from us to sit with the old people in the cold and wind where they get sick so easily? It is not financially possible for every one to collect their mother/father or aunt every weekend and visit a restaurant.

I regard all there rules instated by the management of Emily Hobhouse as ********l and unfair to both the residents and their family members. I did write an e-mail to the management and after 2 months no feedback was received.
