Worst service

By far the worst internet provider I have dealt with, I asked that they come and give a quote and suggest if the area I live in would be OK for their system and if I would have working internet, as I have tried many other providers, they said yes of course with nothing but the best to say, regardless, We got them to come and I tall their system, needless to say we have had nothing but problems with the connection, we called them numerous amount of times and they have come out a numerous amount of time with no success, we decided to cancel the agreement with them as they could not deliver on what they promised, they called and said that we owe them for the installation, long story short, it came down to the point of Emid collecting their equipment and not charging us for the installation, they did collect 03/08/20 and still deducted the installation cost that same evening.

Don't use them as they say what you want to hear, after sales service is horrible and they just can't help everyone, but rather say that, than ****ing people around.

I want my R2100.00 back thanks, as you have collected your equipment.
