Unhappy Former Tenant

What a terrible experience. Was renting and paying monthly. When I complain about certain things I was never taken seriously and ended up leaving . I paid rent on the 25th February 2020 and left on the 3rd of March 2020. Because I only stayed for a week before moving out , the agreement was that the owner was going to reimburse me the remaining balance which never happened. The owner now is giving me stories . It's been 3 months now. When I went to the lodge to talk to the owner he cashed me away in a rude way.
