Why train is if u can't help us

<p>Hi I went to a traing course at sebokeng fire dep in 2015.since then I've been looking for work,then because of moving around a lot I lost my certificates.i went to the dep and spoke to the lady incharge of training and she asked me to bring her an avidavit that states my loss of documents.i did so and gave her the avidavit and she said she will call me ,a month later I'm still waiting then I went to find out what's heppening only for to tell me that she has no time to go through those files and I should just forget it.meanwhile I've been called to submit those certificates so that I can get a job I've been looking for from 2015.</p> <p>please if there's is anybody who can help me,I would appriciate it</p>
