Water leakage not fixed after 6 months since repor

I have a broken water meter outside my yard. I reported the matter first time on 21st July 2015 and I was given a complaint reference number in case the matter is not attended to within 24hours. The 24 hours passed and nothing happened. I kept phoning weekly to remind them about the matter and I was always promised they will attend to the problem. I went back again on the 3rd January 2016 to resubmit my complaint.I was assisted by Mulalo who promised to send the team urgently. After 2 days I tried to call him to alert him that the problem is still not fixed but his phone rang unanswered. I sent him an SMS instead and he responded by saying 'noted'. On Wednesday I sent him another SMS raising my concerns about the water loss and the cost thereof, but alas, Mr Mulalo and Metsi a lekoa are not bothered by the thousands of liters of water that is wasted by their ignorance and sheer arrogance.
