Useless traffic department in SA

We have received a fine from this area. We have never been in this area. The vehicle registration was put incorrectly into the system and they refuse to correct the incorrect details. The fine is for KY74SJGP which is for a Izusu Bakkie. We do not own a Izusu Bakkie. ID number is not linked to my husband.

I have tried repeatedly to get them to correct the information and they refuse point blank to do that. They don't respond to mails they don't answer their phones.
