Useless bunch of oxygen *******

Cannot get hold of anybody at the Municipality. Phones either do not work or are not answered. Customer Care call line just goes dead after informing you that "you are number one in the queue" Emails are not answered. BUT THEN WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM AN ANC RUN MUNICIPALITY?
