Uneducated staff

Our electricity has been off since thursday night just after eight when phoning the next day they only start working at eight o clock then they will send out the technicians. Phoned round about twelve o clock the lady answering sounds like she is sleeping and at home they still cant tell me when it will be back on but o brother dont pay they are quick to cutt your water and light.very poor service for which we pay very dear
