Temp Electrical Cable

Vanderbijlpark experienced heavy thunder showers in November 2014, subsequently our electricity supply got struck by lightning damaging the cable supplying electricity to my home. An electrician from the Emfuleni local municipality reconnected us to the power grid with a cable running from the supply outside over my front lawn through my home connecting it to the stove supply in my kitchen. I thought that it will be a temp fix until they could get around to it being fixed permanently but since the day the temp fix was done there was no effort from the municipality to come and fix the problem, the cable running through the house i think it is quite dangerous and my mother has tripped and fell over the cable numerous times luckily with no injuries I demand that the municipality provide a service and do the repairs.
