Street lights

After never being able to get through to emfuleni to report the street lights on the corner of Sedson street and Dadaville Gardens drive in Roshnee, i was given a new number, ***. i called them on 10 November 2015 After insisting for reference number, i was given reference number 239266. Till now street lights are not fixed. <br> i Called again today 19-11-2015 on *** and was told there systems offline. i was then asked to call *** and they will be able to assist. Guess what, no answer. Can we really rely on the municipality for service delivery???
