Sewage Emfuleni Municipality

We have a main drain inside our yard that has been blocked from Friday 12/03/21. 6 days later the sewage has been running down the street kilometers far! We CANNOT get a hold of the municipality, we even go there every day and they say they don't have a bakkie. I am furious!!!!!! HELP !!!!
