Hi. Trust all is well. This is now the 3rd week in a row that Emfuleni Municipality have not removed our garbage bags from our sidewalks in Waldrif, Vereeniging. The bags are beginning to stink and the flies are becoming unbearable. We as a community pay thousands of rands monthly for Rates and Taxes but yet the service is non-existent. It does not help to call as the call goes unanswered.
