REFUND

I am so frustrated with Erkuleni.. I sold my house on the 4th of Feb. Went into primrose council to cancel accounts. Waited 6weeks as per their instruction to ask for refund. Went back in 6 weeks was told to fill out a refund form.. ran around same day getting the necessary documents. Handed it in. Went the following week to follow up and they said they have submitted all documents and they cant do anything on their side I need to go to Germiston council. Went to Germiston council today. Spent the whole morning in a que. Only to be told they do not have any record. That I need to redo everything... is this a joke... you do everything by the book and its all useless at the end.. do I need to pay someone to do this? I have been asking them to chAnge the municipal account to the new owners and they still have not done it... Germiston Council said we need to redo and submit to them and then go back to primrose . For what????? When primrose sends me back to Germiston. I want this account off of my name AND I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!this is way overdue and the lack of lack is not an excuse anymore... I HAVE SOLD MY HOUSE IN FEBRUARY AND I AM PAYING FOR RATES AND TAXES AND WATER FOR A HOUSE I DO NOT OWN.. THIS IS BS
