Prepaid Metres

Ive been waiting for the installation of a prepaid metre that i paid/app**** for in November 2014. The Duncanville office has 'lost my documents', set installation dates and Never pitched, blamed the contractor... and made countless promises. 5 months later... still no metre!!<br> The lack of service is appalling
