Poor services from Emfuleni municipality Employees

Emfuleni municipality revenue department has glorified stupid clerks who don't know what they doing nor understand their work, all they do is make journals they don't even understand. They can't even answer questions about the account that's infront of them. SERVICES AT THE MUNICIPALITY VERY POOR
