Payments not updated to account

Total in arrears was R9870.00 on Emfuleni account no ***5.Payments made already on this account in total of R8500.00.Today I received a notice that my electricity will be disconnected on the 22nd March!How is this possible if I've already made payments to this oustanding account!Where is my money been allocated too then. This is not acceptable and I need to have this problem looked into ASAP.I'm a pensioner and cannot afford to pay another R8000.00 as per the notice received today on this account.I've already been handed over to the Credit Attorneys MBD Emfuleni Trust *** (***) and all payments was to their account.Payment made as agreed with the attorney every month.
