Over charged for zero services

Good day I writing this review on behalf of my husband and I. Every month we get billed the amount of R1200 by emfuleni municipality for the services that we not even getting, first of I don't understand why we get charged so much, I mean we stay in a township and we don't even have a tar road where we stay. The ******* truck comes once in 4 or 5months to top it all we don't have water in our area. During the day there's no water at all then late at night we start getting water but the pressure is so low. You could that they are doing us a favor to fill up our backets for the next day use. I can't even remember when was the last time I use the bathtub cause even when we get that water late at night the pressure is so low that the water from the geyser is not coming out so we can't use the bathtub. This has been going on for years that it has now became a norm and it's unfair. My neighbors have tried calling the council for this problem but still no luck even today but every month we get a bill of R1200 I don't know for what services cause we getting zero services. They normally send their employees to come check the meters and when they come, they are so shocked the low amount of water we use but we get billed so much. We refuse to pay cause the amount it's way too much and we not get the services. Now our statement is on R91000 Just imagine. Our worry is that is gonna even reach the value of our house and we can't even sell it, who's gonna buy a house where there's no water. We don't have tar road on our street and the next street there is tar road cause it's a bust road but the road so badly ruined that the cars struggles on it becouse there's always a sewerage water running there all the time, it only stops for a week or two if we lucky then it starts again and that has caused the road to be so bad that it got hole not pot hole but very big holes and im sure that the council do pass on that road cause is a busy road but still nothing gets done about it. We don't have water but we see sewerage water running the whole day and we don't know how. This whole situation is alarm cause we wonder why do we charged even if we were getting services, u mean we stay next to orange Farm and the are paying less than a R100 for the services and YES they are getting excellent service from Johannesburg water. So I don't understand why we getting billed so much from emfuleni for zero services. Recently I started seeing so much scandals about the emfuleni municipality on the news. And now all this ridiculous charges start making sense to us that this is *******. I'm unemployed my husband can't afford to pay this amount every month cause he is also paying a bond and other things, if we can afford this amount we would have chose to stay in a better area than this one. So i want this balance to be removed and be charges a fair amount that we can afford fot the SERVICES that we get.our account number is ***5 and his name is Mr PS Sithole. I hope this complain gets resolved or I'm gonna call the president's office, go to social media and news papers
