Not my Property

I received a call from MBD Attorneys, that I have to pay an outstanding bill for 26 Plain street, Three rivers ,Vereeniging. I sold that house in 2002. I am not the owner of that house since 2002. There were no outstanding fees ,when I sold the house. Can Emfuleni please send the account to the owners of that property. I don t want to be bothered by MBD attorneys anymore.
