No service delivery from Emfuleni Municipality

I have been staying in Palm Springs Section J and since I bought a bond house in 2013 here there is always no water, drains are always busting, they dont take ******* bins, for more than a year we dont have electricity, and there are no tar road inside the street. I have never seen what the municipality do in this place is more than nine years now and nothing is changing.
