No electricity for almost a week at spricol n you do nothing as a department

Spricol residents has four days without electricity, they called and log the complain nothing has been done even today, I'm talking about a black community with no back up generators,food and meat which supposed to last them a months spoiled. You are such a disappointment emfuleni municipality and you obviously care less about the people.
