Incorrect Billing

Lindi from Emfuleni Municipality has been working a while with my billings. Every month the water readings are e-mailed to her. With the new reading as well as the previous readings. I do not understand how she can get the readings wrong. Why do I need to pay extra for a mistake made by the person who's responsible to make sure that she gets the reading correctly from the emails. These mistakes are costing me more than I budgeted for that specific month. And if you try to phone Emfuleni - what an impossible mission to do. This is really sad to see that someone doesn't take pride in the job they're doing.
