EMFULENI MUN acc ***. I keep on getting phonecalls and sms's for an account which I am not responsible for. That account has been settled at the end of August 2008. I keep on getting sms's from MBDCS saying I made commitments to pay. I NEVER made any commitments as this account was settled in 2008 already and I've told MBDCS that in the telephone conversation I had wirh them on April 10th 2015 at 14:25. I told them I've sold my house in 2007 and I have all the proof of that. I am medically boarded. The flat I've rented Hazel corner 3 Vereeniging belonged to my brother in law Francois van Zyl and I've left there end August 2008 and I've paid all my bills. Francois van Zyl from Meypet Properties sold that building Hazel corner 3, Vereeniging a few YEARS AFTER I LEFT, and you should be aware of the fact that when a house/building is sold all oustanding municipality debts are cleared before the house/building could be registered in the new owners name. So you are actually now busy with ******* debt collecting.
