From bad to worse

This is the most useless municipality ever!! Every week there is electricity or water issues. You cannot reach them via a phone most of the times. Every weekend there is cable fault- we are out of electricity for days and nobody is accountable! Potholes are sinkholes! I dread going home on Friday knowing there will be either cable fault, burst pump....You must pass by Three Rivers and see how many houses are on sales. As for me- also moving out
