Emufuleni the horrifying and ******* municipality

I am so disappointed with our local Municipality. Firstly there is no service delivery. We have no tar roads, no street lights , no sewerages and we have dustbin collection service yet we are expected to pay rates and taxes? This is appalling. There is a man by the name of Mandla Nyangalembe who is selling people's land *******ly. His stands range from R9000 to R80 000. He has been selling land *******ly since 2012. He sold land to many residents of Ironside in the Vaal right next to Dreamland. We live in agricultural holdings and therefore plots cannot be subdivided without the proper procedures. When we complain about this animal at the municipality, they are never interested because nunber 1 he is working with people within the municipality. He has filled the area with squatters. This means the value of our houses is depreciating. We tried contacting the police yet they claim that they cannot do anything about this matter. We went as far as laying a formal complaint at this ******* municipality and the relevant people are "never" in their offices. The government needs to make an intervention at Emufuleni Municipality and find all the culprits involved with this animal Mandla Nyagalembe and his team. We want those squatters out because they do not pay for anything, they are provided with free water. They are occupying people's land *******ly. We are sick of this Mandla Nyagalembe and Emufuleni municipality.Is this Mandla Nyagalembe even a legal citizen of South Africa?
