*They don't fix potholes, especially in the residential areas. *Most street lights are broken and not being fixed. *Buildings lack maintenance. *Water and electricity systems are not maintained, with regular power outages that last for days. *Refuge bags are not being collected in residential areas. *They don't pay their service providers like Eskom and Rand Water. *Really poor overall service to the community.
