Emfuleni water wasted

There is actually no stars for this institution. I've reported a water leak on our pavement on the corner of Joubert street Vereeniging across Mediclinic Vereeniging. It's precious water going to waste. Every single day the government ask is to use water sparingly coz of the dry winter season but emfuleni just IGNORE it. Can we please get answers as this is not on
