Emfuleni Municipality - still invoicing me yet the house is sold more than two years ago.

Emfuleni Municipality is a joke, I sold my house in 2021. they still send me the levy and rate invoices. they actually failed to refund me. I went to the office more than 5 times, not working to even go to them. either the system is down or a load-shedding. sometimes, I wonder if they did not close the water and light for the new owner—a very useless municipality. i hope one day, they can change the leadership and staff.
