emfuleni municipality must go on administration

roads in town and suburbs are full of pot holes for years. waste removal is very very poor.no diesel to fill in waste removal trucks.in some suburbs they collect waste in a cycle of 2 weeks but they bill you for the whole month.tarif for prepaid electricity is very abnormal.higher tariff for winter and lower tariff for summer while in other municipalities its one tariff for all season. let honest and competent people run the show
