Emfuleni municipality incompetence

We have been without electricity since Sunday afternoon. We have a live wire dangling from the tree and it sometimes touches the ground. We live in a very busy street and there are hordes of people passing by and kids are always playing around here. We have reported this countless times but they're not acting and this is a flipping emergency. We are tax paying citizens who also pay rates and taxes but they're paying us no mind. Let it be known that this matter was reported and should a tragedy occur, it will not be our fault!!
