Emfuleni municipality charge me for water I Do Not Use!

Good day, I stay in Three Rivers Vereeniging and the Emfuleni municipality keep sending me an incorrect account. I have my own borehole with clean water that supplies my household with all the necessary water I need and I do not use a drop of Emfuleni municipality’s water. The Valve before the meter is closed and the meter is standing still but still they charge me for water every month.

I have sent so many e-mails to them trying to get them to rectify my account. If anyone knows who I can contact to get this rectified I will be so happy. Regards.
