Emfuleni municipality

For months I've been receiving the most dissapointing service ever from Emfuleni in regards to services (electricty)

For months there has been unnecessary electricity faults in my area with no communication,feedback or progress when ever this happens.Im frequently advised to call for issues like this yet the calls are never ever answered,when one goes to their offices they chased away.

Where I live most people don't pay for electricity,I pay for mine yet I suffer the most with electricity outages that only affect my house and just a few other house.

All one needs at times is just frequent communication and feedback when there's such a situation. Why am I paying for these services again?
