Emfuleni is the worst municipality

Emfuleni Municipality is the worst municipality in the entire Universe. I really can’t understand why we paying services for. I’ve spent 6 months with intermittent electrical failures from their green boxes. 2 of the phases have burnt down and nothing is being is done, nothing works, the garbage is not being collected on a weekly basis and there’s no sustainable electricity.

I stay in SE7 and everything is a mess, we report and nothing is being done. We are tired
