Emfuleni electricity problems

Good day

I live in Homer Roods Gardens in Vereeniging next to Steel Park, the name of the street is Lukas Strachan street Homer Roods Gardens. We have a serious problem about electricity on this street, at times we have the electricity off for more than a week ago and it has been happening almost now and then since then, as we speak now we don't have electricity from Friday, we reported the matter but no one came out, our groceries in the fridges we keep on throwing them away without been reimbursed, when they decide to come they come and fix just temporary, this is really bad and its deteriorating now and its getting out of control, the service is terrible. How do we go about claiming for our food? Funny enough we are paying electricity every month without failing but in return we getting bad service. We are still in the dark now please help.
