Emfuleni bankrupt or just a sceme for steeling peoples money!!!!!

<p>hi</p> <p> </p> <p>here is my storie my troubles with emfuleni going back 4 years now they owe us 17857.99 after selling our house in vereeniging, we went there how may times for a refund all we could get out of them is emfuleni is bankrupt and will not be able to pay back our money to us</p> <p> </p> <p>is there any way we can get our money back from them??</p> <p>when we need to pay you have to pay NOW but when it comes to them paying it never happens</p> <p> </p> <p>please please peter help</p>
