Electricity issues

Hello. I want to voice my displeasure with Emfuleni's client care. For 14 days, the best-paying clients have been left in the dark by these municipalities, with electricity only coming on for 20 minutes every two days. Andries Potgieter & General Froeman SE7 Vanderbijlpark is the part I'm referring about. To make things worse, recently enrolled students at North West University and Vaal University of Technology are the ones who are suffering the most since their just purchased groceries have been destroyed by these electrical problems. They claim that the "circuit breaker" is the problem, yet weeks have passed and it has still not been resolved.
