Electricity disconnected

We have been without electricity for the past two days, which was disconnected in error that was even confirmed by the council themselves. My husband has called them and went to them during his work time which is starting to be a problem @ work for him. We pay for services and yet we are being treated so badly by municipality promising to activate our electricity. This is unacceptable unnecessary expenses we have to buy take away each day, my kids bath with cold water they can't even do their assignments and study because we are being punished for our neighbour who was supposed to have been disconnected but still enjoy services which they do not pay for. I want electricity connected by 10 am today otherwise I will be taking legal action against emfuleni municipality. Food is wasted in my fridge
