Bad Service and Service Delivery

It was 2015 when I logged a complained , it took them the whole year to respond. I drove into potholes 3tyres in less than 2hours gone had to buy new tyres . Did that went though the process of claiming one of the employee said " what was I thinking to buy expensive car now it's time to change tyres i want to blame municipality" . With that statement I was expecting my claim to decline indeed it declined. Fast forward to 2019 I have changed 3tyres in 2months. Going to their offices will be a waste of time . Yesterday I saw accident both cars were avoiding pothole. Sadly traffic officer issue us with traffic fines with wornout tyres. Emfuleni Municipality have failed me and many when it comes to potholes.

I still have all the documentation with regard to claim and correspondence

Vaal is the only place that where accident are planned by our own municipal by not fixing the road.
