Bad service

Our service at the Municupality are so poor , The people at the call centre are totally useless and unqualified. No calls ever are answered during your first 3 attempts ... eventually someone will answer and immediately cut you off ... or the call will be answered and all you hear is people talking and laughing in the backround . Is this the type of people we instate for such jobs . I hope someone does something about it . cause iv been calling for the pass 6 hours waiting for assistance as we havent had electricity since 8 this morning
