BAD CUSTOMER-SERVICE AND PASSING THE BUCK!

<p>I've been calling ELM staff to help with sewer-related matters but they are not assisting, the first call was made on Sunday and they promised to attend to it the following day, but failed to do so. I then made several follow-up calls and they kept promising to come but they ended up not arriving at all! Why is is so hard for people to do their jobs?<br /> </p>
