Appalling Service.

I sold my house in Palm Springs in December 2014. The lawyers have been requesting a rates clearance from this useless Municipality up to today March 2015.This Bontsi Agent number *** decides to tell the lawyers the reading haven't been taken since 2012. They then decided to send clearance rates.The lawyers now are requesting a clearance certificates Bontsi decides to answer saying they still need the water readings.Why did she send that clearance rates without the water readings.Again they have been sending an estimated bill with all false information.How do we deal with such *********** municipalities as citizens? How? I am livid i want nothing to do with this municipality but they must just send whatever bill they like so i can get it over and done i am tired. They have forever sent false bills anyway.Government must deal with this nonsense soonest.
