About sewage

I have a complain about the service of metsi a lekae here in Vaal sebokeng regarding the sewage started on Thursday I have been calling them since it started to come out now is disgusting and we pay every month when I call them always give me excuses and always ask me about reference number which is 410720 they can't assist me at all
