I contacted Mr Charles Maluwa who works at Emeritus Business College in Jun 2014 for personal tutoring on CIMA's strategic level. We negotiated a price and arranged that payments will commence in 3 monthly payments with the first payment being end of Jun 2014.<br> <br> Apart from the odd occasion where Mr Maluwa made excuses for missing one or two sessions per week, after I made my last payment to him, he just never pitched up again for further tutoring. The result was that I didn't pass my exams after he guaranteed me a solid pass on all my exams.<br> <br> I have tried contacting him and asking for my money back as I did not receive value for it, I even tried contacting his employer who has also not responded...<br> <br> Everyone needs to be aware that this person and his employer, Emeritus Business College, are ************.
