Excellent helpful caring service

Yesterday we had to request the service of Emergy-Med... What an experience. Service that you can't believe still exist in Sout-Africa.

Ernie..in the control room took our call. Very professional..dispatched the ambulans to us ..but kept me on the phone from beginning till Schalk Burger from the response vehicle walked into my room. Ernie talked to me, calmed me down, he asked his colleagues to phone my husband kept him up to date with what's is going on..and Ernie talked to my son.. reassuring him that all is going to be ok.

The ambulans men..sorry did not get there names..just as professional..helped me ..all the way till I was settled in casualties.

Best of all... I just had a call..a day later..from Ernie ..just to find out how I am doing ...

Emergy-Med can be proud of their staff, control room, response vehicle, ambulans staff...all of them. Guys if it was not for you....
