Disgrace

<p>I had a transformer from my electronic gate that fell and came apart and I contacted my insurance to send an electrician to just put the transformer back together because I did not know how to reconnect the wires. Emergency Plumbers & Electricians from Milnerton Street in Gordon's Bay was dispatched. They replaced the transformer with a 10V DC output transformer, which was supposed to be a 16V with AC output. They also replaced the battery, while the only issue was the incorrect transformer. R 1,000 later... I have been phoning them since Tuesday and sent them an e-mail yesterday morning, to which they did not even bother to respond. Since they do not seem to care what I say, and apparently has no intention of reimbursing me for the incorrect parts and labour (I had to pay another service provider to fix the problem), I will make sure that Telesure removes them from their list of service providers and I will take the matter up with the Consumer Protection Council. They left me with no other choice as per my e-mail to them on 8 December 2016.</p>
